Liselotte is a Registered Clinical Counselor, and she has been practicing in a clinical capacity for more than 10 years supporting individuals and families through various life circumstances. She has a varied and effective skill-set to guide her practice, and favours interventions that harness neuroplasticity and our biological need to connect with one another. Her passion is in helping children, teens, and adults be their best selves working in areas of complex trauma/developmental trauma, attachment, and resilience.
Along with EMDR, Liselotte has various trainings in neurobiological and attachment-based therapies, and she is also a Tomatis® practitioner. She wholeheartedly believes in people’s abilities to transform negative patterns and heal from past hurt.
When she is not working, you might find her enjoying yoga, spending time with friends and family, or doing what she considers to be her most important work – being a mother to her two boys.
EMDR therapy may be helpful for those who have tried traditional talk therapy…
