Who We Are

Our clinic provides trauma-informed therapy with a focus on EMDR Therapy. We believe in creating a warm, collaborative environment where both clients and therapists feel supported. Our goal is to help clients build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and foster meaningful change.

Areas of Focus

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, focusing on but limited to:

– Trauma recovery (PTSD, complex PTSD, dissociation)

– Attachment & relational challenges

– Grief & loss

– Anxiety & depression

– Identity, self-worth, and personal growth

– Life transitions and stress management

– Supervision & mentorship – receive guidance from Jenny Watt, RCC-ACS, Founder & Clinical Director, and collaborate with fellow EMDR Therapists on the Team

Who You Are

– A graduate student currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

– Completed or registered for an EMDRIA-Approved Basic Training Program in EMDR Therapy

– Interested in trauma-focused therapy and eager to grow your skills

– Warm, compassionate, and client-centered

– Committed to ethical and inclusive therapy practices

– Available for a practicum placement in 2025-2026
